FAQ
-
Do I need to be fit to take part in a personal training session or the online training programmes?
Short answer is no, we all start somewhere. You can start training with Liv or start the online training programme no matter where you are on your fitness journey because each of my workouts can be adjusted to your fitness level.
-
What is personal training?
Personal training is a one-on-one service where a certified trainer develops a customized workout plan tailored to your individual fitness goals, abilities, and preferences.
-
How many sessions do I need?
The number of sessions will depend on your goals, schedule, and budget. Some clients choose to train a few times a week, while others may opt for a session once a week. All clients will receive a programme to complete at home along with their training sessions. We can work together to create a plan that suits you best.
-
Can I train with you if I have injuries or medical conditions?
In most cases yes! Liv will conduct a thorough assessment of your medical history and any injuries to create a safe and effective training program that accommodates your needs. But as always consult with your healthcare provider or GP before starting a new fitness regimen.
IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE YOU START
CONSULT WITH YOUR DOCTOR OR GENERAL PRACTITIONER BEFORE COMMENCING ANY NEW HEALTH, FITNESS OR NUTRITION PROGRAM. WHILE I AM HERE FOR YOU TO PROVIDE GENERAL ADVICE, YOU SHOULD SEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP WHERE INDIVIDUAL ASSISTANCE IS NEEDED.
